In our Earlier Class we Study About the names of the Eight Parts of Speech and 3 Cases of Noun while Today in our Third Class we Will Learn About Pronoun and Kinds of Pronoun.

What is a Pronoun?
The pronoun is the Words we use Instead of Names (Nouns).
For Example:
Marina Speaks English Fluently.
Pronoun: She (marina) Speaks English Fluently.
The Word She is used instead of Noun (Marina) so She is the Pronoun in this Sentence. So All those Words which we Use Instead of A name are the Pronouns.
Another Example:
Russians are very Good in English Grammar.
They (Russians) are very Good in English Grammar.
In this Sentence 'They' is a Pronoun Because it is used to In Place of a Noun 'Australia'.
Kinds of Pronoun: There are Nine different kinds of Pronoun which are the Following.
- Personal Pronoun:
Personal Pronoun is Divided into three Parts.
First Person: The One who Speaks is the First Peron. Such Pronoun is Identified by Words I, Me, Us, We in a Sentence.
For Example:
- I am studying the Kinds of Pronoun.
- This is my New English Book.
- We are Playing Tennis.
In the Above Three Sentences I, MY & WE are the First Persons. (We, Us are Used for Plural).
Second Person: The Person who Speaks to You is the Second Person. Second Person Pronoun is identified by Words 'You &Your' in a sentence.
For Example:
- You are Very Weak in Parts of Speech.
- Your Daughter is very Good in English Tenses.
In the Above Sentences, the Words You and 'Your' are Second Person Pronoun.
Third person: When we Talk about some One else in their Absence. Third Person Singulars are Identified by HE, SHE, IT while Third Persons Plural is Identified by THEM, THEIR, THEY in a sentence.
For Example:
- He is a very Good Sportsman.
- They are Very Good in Learning and writing.
- Their College is 5km Away from the Village.
In the Above Sentences the Words HE, THEY, THEIR are third person Pronoun.
- Reflexive Pronoun: Reflex pronoun is Used with Noun (Name) or with the Pronouns in the form of SELF or SELVES such as himself, themselves, herself. Reflex Noun is usually used when Something Happens to Ourself. For Example:
- Ayesha Learn All kinds of Pronoun herself.
- He told me all the Story himself.
- Emphatic Pronoun: Emphatic Pronoun is same Like Reflexive Pronoun, The Only difference is that in Emphatic Pronouns we Force a person to do something Herself, themselves or himself. For Example
- You have to Learn parts of Speech Yourself.
- She will pass the English grammar paper Herself.
- They must Clean all the Dust themselves.
- Demonstrative Pronoun: A Pronoun which Points Something, People or Places. Demonstrative Pronoun is identified by the Words like That, Those, These. This in a Sentence. For Example
- That is my English Teacher.
- This is my New English Grammar Article.
- Those who try again always win.
In the Above three Sentences That, This and Those are Demonstrative Pronouns.
- Indefinite Pronoun: Some of the Commonly used Indefinite Pronouns are Nobody, Somebody, Someone, few, Everybody etc. When we Prefer Individuals or Group of People without Exposing their Identity. For Example
- Someone Knocked at my Door late night.
- Everyone Enjoyed the Opening Ceremony of FIFA world cup.
- Nobody arrived on time.
In the Above Sentences Someone, Everyone and Nobody are indefinite Pronouns.
- Distributive Pronoun: A Pronoun which shows a group of People or things, but gives a Singular Meaning at a time. For Example
- Each of the Boys has Football.
- Either of these Earphones is Best.
In the Above two Sentences, the Words Each and Either gives a singular Meaning, so these words are Distributive Pronouns in these sentences.
- Possessive Pronoun: A pronoun which Claim the Ownership or Authority of A place or thing. For Example
- That English Grammar Magzine is mine.
- This is my New house.
- Both of My Puppies are Very Naughty.
- Interrogative Pronoun: A type of Pronoun which is Used for Asking a Question. Such Pronouns are identified by Words such as Whose, Whom, which, Who etc. For Example:
- whose Pen is this?
- To Whom this Book Belong to?
- Which English Grammar Book is Best?
In the Above Sentences the Words WHOSE, WHOM and WHICH is Interrogative Pronouns.
- Relative Pronoun: Relative is a type of Pronoun which we use for a noun we already have discussed. For Example
- My Aunty who Travelled North Korea Returned.
- My Younger Sister who was Born in Canada Passed her O Level Exam.
